I read that you could score Xtra Laundry Detergent for only $1 this week at CVS. I waited to post the deal until I verified it myself. I made a stop at CVS last night and sure enough it's true.The price scan machine is printing off $2/2 Xtra coupons that are good only on the day you print them.

I've really been wanting to try a homemade laundry detergent recipe. With all these great deals on detergent, I have quite a stockpile so I can't justify buying the stuff to make it homemade. Maybe next year...
