What's For Dinner the Week of 2/6/12
With going out of town for a couple days this week, I have a pretty easy cooking week. :) Here's our menu:
Breakfast: Cereal x 2, Breakfast burritos with salsa, Oatmeal & toast with fruit, breakfast at hotel (out of town), fruit & yogurt
Lunch: Leftovers, Turkey Wraps with veggie chips & carrots, Quesadillas with salsa & guacamole, leftovers, out of town, Crockpot Whole Chicken with veggies
Dinner~
Monday: My Son's Basketball Team's Pizza Party
Tuesday: Crispy Herb Baked Chicken, Mashed Potatoes with green beans
Wednesday: Chicken Parmesan Sandwiches (made with leftover Herb Chicken just top with pasta sauce and moz. cheese and heat), pasta salad
Thursday: Out
Friday: Out
Saturday: Pizza Night with salad
Sunday: Leftovers
No Dessert this week. I'm sure we'll have plenty of treats while we're out of town. :)
