What's For Dinner the Week of 4/2/12
What an exciting start to our week. We stayed up late last night and watched our state's team, the Kentucky Wildcats, win the NCAA Championship Game. In a home with all boy, except me, that's a big deal.
We are also preparing to celebrate my littlest guy turning 5. Saturday we will be getting together with family and friends and having a little party! :)
Here's the meal plans:
Breakfast: Leftovers, Cereal x2, Egg & toast with fruit, Ham & egg sandwiches with fruit, Oatmeal/cereal, fruit & yogurt
Lunch: PB&J sandwiches with apple slices, Grilled cheese & grapes, Chicken Quesadillas with salsa, Pita Pizzas, Turkey Wrap with carrots, leftovers, out
Dinner~
Monday: CFA Kid's Night
Tuesday: Grilled Chicken with veggies pack (potatoes, squash & zucchini)
Wednesday: Double Turkey Club Sandwiches (turkey bacon), chips, salad
Thursday: Lemon Chicken with Broccoli, brown rice
Friday: BBQ Chicken Legs & Thighs, Corn on the Cob
Saturday: Hot Dogs, Sloppy Joes, Baked Beans, Chips, Pasta salad, veggies, fruit salad
Sunday: Out
Dessert: Birthday Cake
