What's For Dinner the Week of April 30, 2012
Well, I'm ready to get back into my meal planning this week. I've taken off several weeks from it because of super busyness. We've had a birthday party, classes, the Cincinnati Homeschool Conference, and a hospital stay all last month. Plus, of course, our regular homeschool schedule. I'm looking forward to a less busy month. We're finishing out this school year in the next couple of weeks. So there's lots of excitement around this house! :) Countdown has begun...
Here's our meal plans:
Breakfast: Leftovers, Cereal & fruit x 2, Egg & Toast with fruit, Gluten free pancakes, Sausage gravy & biscuits, granola bars with fruit & yogurt
Lunch: Turkey sandwiches with baked chips & fruit salad, Grilled cheese & carrots, rice bowls with salsa & chips, Chef Salad with garlic toast, Chicken Salad sandwiches & grapes, Roast Beef & Cheddar sandwiches with pretzel chips, out
Dinner~
Monday: CFA Kid's Night
Tuesday: Steak Fajitas with guacamole, lettuce, salsa and Spanish rice
Wednesday: Sandwiches & cold veggies, baked chips
Thursday: Grilled BBQ chicken with corn on the cob
Friday: Out for a family birthday dinner
Saturday: Chicken Casserole with mashed potatoes and broccoli
Sunday: Leftovers
Dessert: Cheesecake, fruit & ice cream
