What's For Dinner Monday (On Tuesday)


We have a busy second half of the week. My littlest guy turns 4 next week, and we are having some family over on Saturday for a little birthday party. :) I'm taking it pretty easy (cooking wise) through the week. Then really cooking it up on Saturday.


Breakfast: Yogurt & Fruit, Cereal x2, Eggs & toast, French Toast, Oatmeal & toast

Lunch: Taquitos, Mac n Cheese with grapes, tuna sandwiches & carrots, Grilled Cheese sandwiches & strawberries, leftovers, snacks (veggies w/ dip, cheese & crackers, etc.), out

Dinner~

Monday:
Kid's night at Chick-fil-A (We spent under $10, and the kids won free drink & chicken minis coupons...pretty good deal in my book!)

Tuesday:
Chicken Alfredo (trying my free Kraft Philly Cooking Creme)

Wednesday:
Italian Subs (pepperoni, salami, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, Italian dressing), chips

Thursday:
Baked Turkey Legs, Mashed Potatoes & gravy, mixed veggies, rolls

Friday:
Fellowship meeting-meal provided

Saturday:
Grilled Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Chicken, Potato Salad, Pasta Salad, Baked Beans

Sunday:
Leftovers

Dessert: Ice Cream, Birthday Cake (yum!)
