What's For Dinner Monday (October 31, 2011)
Last week was super busy! We attended a Bible Conference most of the week which provided most of our meals. I didn't have to plan many meals at all last week. This week is back to meal planning business:
Breakfast: Cereal x 2, Fried egg sandwiches & fruit, Apple Waffles x 2, Breakfast burritos with salsa, fruit & yogurt
Lunch: leftovers, hot dogs and sliced pears, leftovers, PB&J with carrots/grapes, Pizza subs with veggies, leftovers, out
Dinner~
Monday: Sub night with carrot sticks and chips
Tuesday: Baked BBQ Chicken and Ramen Coleslaw (new recipe for me...per hubby's request and a head of cabbage given to us.)
Wednesday: Chicken Tortilla Soup (recipe coming soon!)
Thursday: Crockpot Pork Roast with carrots and mashed potatoes
Friday: Tacos and Spanish rice with avocados
Saturday: Whole Baked Chicken with stuffing, mac n cheese and mixed veggies
Sunday: Leftovers
Desserts: Apple Pear Crisp (new recipe) and Key Lime Pie
