What's For Dinner the Week of 1/2/12



We enjoyed a wonderful Winter Break! Now we're in the process of getting back into our school schedule. Here's our meal plans for the week:


Breakfast:
Cereal x 2
Waffles with fruit x 2
Ham & Cheese Omelets with toast
Chorizo & Eggs with tortillas
Yogurt with granola & fruit

Lunch:
Leftovers x 2
Bean & Cheese Nachos with salsa
Pizza with veggies
PB&J sandwiches with oranges

Dinner:
Shredded Pork Tacos with Spanish rice, beans, salsa and guacamole
Pulled Pork BBQ with dinner rolls, mac n cheese, caramelized carrots
Chicken Pot Pie with mashed potatoes, leftover rolls
Broccoli Cheese Soup with homemade baked bread
Sloppy Joes with chips and veggies & dip
Pasta Bake with garlic toast (didn't make it last week)
Leftovers

Dessert:
Key Lime Pie
Brownie Cookies
