We have a little slower week around here which makes it easier for meal planning. :) We have family visiting for a few days this week so I've bought a ham to feed us all for a couple days.
For breakfast: cereal, eggs, toast, yogurt, fruit, muffins, waffles and sausage links (Sat.)
Lunch: Chicken salad/Turkey Sandwiches, carrots, fruit, leftovers, Grilled Cheese, Quesadillas w/Salsa
Here's our dinner plans for the week:
Monday:
Fazoli's (we had Kid's eat free coupons :)
Tuesday:
Honey Chicken Stir-Fry, Brown Rice
Wednesday:
Out
Thursday:
Chicken Casserole, Au Gratin Potatoes, Mixed Veggies
Friday:
Baked Ham, Mashed Potatoes, Macaroni and Cheese, Green Beans, Rolls
Saturday:
Leftovers
Sunday:
Yeast Rolls w/ Ham, chips, cold veggies w/ dip
I'll probably make Cheesecake and cookies for dessert this week too. :)
