What's For Dinner Monday

  What's for Dinner?

Since I was away the bulk of last week, my grocery totals for last week came in at about $25. As for this week, I hit the 2-day sale at Meijer on Saturday, and did really well.  I got $84.67 worth of groceries (pic below) for $24.99.


We have the blessing of attending revival services at our church Wednesday through Sunday. Our family will have the privilege to provide our pastor, his wife, and our guest preacher's dinner on Saturday. So I will be spending a little more this week on groceries.

Monday
Lunch: Turkey Sandwiches, crackers & cheese, grapes
Dinner: Honey Chicken Stir-fry with rice

Tuesday
Lunch: Bean and Cheese Nachos with guacamole
Dinner: Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings (I'm trying this new recipe)--instead of the water in the recipe, I'll use chicken broth/ with mashed potatoes, green beans

Wednesday
Lunch: Grilled Ham and Cheese Sandwiches, Oranges
Dinner: Leftovers

Thursday
Lunch: Turkey Wraps w/ cheese, Grapes
Dinner: Italian Bread Pizza

Friday
Lunch: Ham and Cheese Omelets
Dinner: Fazoli's with this coupon *last day for coupon* :(

Saturday
Brunch: Oatmeal and Toast
Dinner: Chicken Fajitas, Spanish Rice, Beans, Guacamole, and all the veggies that go w/ it 

Sunday
Lunch: Potluck at Church-Chicken Casserole & Dessert
Dinner: Leftovers

Snacks: Oreos, Carrots, PB and Celery,  Cheese and Crackers, Drinkable Yogurts, Bananas, Grapes, Cereal

Dessert: Mandarin Orange Cake (Sat), Reese Cake or Cupcakes (Sunday)
