What's for Dinner?
Since our last week was tremendously busy, I don't have my grocery totals together yet.
With another busy week ahead, I'm once again keeping the meal planning simple. You may hear that from me all Spring/Summer. :)) We had lots of leftovers from Saturday including almost a crock pot full of re fried beans. I'll be trying to use them up in this week's meals.
Lunch: Bean and Cheese Nachos with lettuce, tomatoes and salsa
Dinner: Leftover Fajitas, Spanish Rice, Guacamole
Lunch: Turkey Sandwiches, Carrot Sticks
Dinner: Family Dinner out for a birthday
Lunch: Salad with ham and cheese
Dinner: Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo with Garlic Bread
Lunch: Biscuit Pizzas--making 1/2 of the recipe with the little guys
Dinner: Tosadas with lettuce, tomatoes and salsa
Lunch: Taco Salad
Dinner: Cheesy Grilled Chicken over Mashed Potatoes
Brunch: Bacon, Eggs, Toast
Dinner: With my mommy for an early Mother's Day Meal :)
Hubby's treat-Out--Happy Mother's Day to all the Moms!
Snacks: Apples slices, oranges,Chex Mix, peanut butter crackers, cheese with crackers, bean dip, salsa and chips
Dessert: Leftover Eclair Cake, Chocolate Birthday Cake (YUM!)
