What's For Dinner Monday (8/1/11)
We have another busy week ahead. I'm speaking at a Ladies Fellowship this Saturday, and will be taking lots of time this week to focus on that. It's also going to be my hubby's birthday so we'll be celebrating that too. :) So I'm planning a very simple menu this week:
Breakfast: Cereal x 2, Breakfast Burritos, French Toast, Fried Egg Sandwiches & fruit, Cereal x 2
Lunch: Tostadas & salsa, Grilled Cheese & cucumbers, Salad, Mac N Cheese & green beans, leftovers, Hot N Ready Pizzas, out
Dinner ~
Monday:
CFA Kid's Night
Tuesday:
Burgers & Corn on the Cob
Wednesday:
Out
Thursday:
Crockpot Pork Tenderloin in cream of mushroom soup, mashed potatoes, mixed veggies
Friday:
Pasta Bake with salad & garlic bread
Saturday:
Chicken Fajitas with Spanish rice
Sunday:
Leftovers
Desserts: More Zucchini Bread (looking for a new recipe), Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies, Birthday Cake :)
