Here But Not Back...

I really didn't intend on taking a vacation from blogging this week! Yet my computer had different plans. (In the words on my hubby, the Lord knows best.) On Tuesday my laptop stopped working so I had no way to get on the internet.

But this morning after accidentally dropping my laptop, it starting working again. (HAHA!) I'm not sure what the problem was but I'm glad it's fixed (for now). :/

Since today is our last full day here on vacation, I planned on not blogging much today. So I'll check in later and post a little. But for now, I'm headed out to enjoy some family fun, laughs, smile and sunshine!

This week's What's for Dinner Monday will be my vacation edition. Hubby has the week off and we're enjoying some wonderful family time together. So I'll be cooking some, and eating out lots this week-yay!

(I'm not sure about grocery totals this week? Last week's totals were under $20 :)

Here's what we have planned this week:

Lunch: Out
Dinner: Hot Dogs, Baked Beans, Chips and Veggies

Tuesday
Lunch: Turkey Wraps, Cucumbers, Chips
Dinner: Out @ our favorite seafood place (Captain George's)

Wednesday
Lunch: Leftovers-Boy's choice-turkey wraps, hot dogs,etc
Dinner: Pasta Bake

Thursday
Lunch: Quesadillas, apple slices
Dinner: Pizza Night with leftover Pasta Bake

Friday:
Out

Saturday:
Brunch: Breakfast Burritos with Salsa
Dinner: Ham/Cresent Roll Ups, Oven Fries,Carrots Sticks

Snacks: Apples, Bananas, Carrot Sticks, Yogurt, Cheese, PB&J, And plenty of junk/snacky foods (what's a vacation trip with out that?)

Dessert: S'mores, Chocolate Chip Cookies, I'm sure an ice cream treat here and there.
